We are running a monthly call on Zoom where we will have other business owners all on the same call. You maybe from other parts of the country, but the common thing is we are all plumbers and we all started somewhere. It’s a good thing to hear the wins and challenges from others to help you fast track your journey, I always say the more you learn the more you earn, plus proximity is power so you will be in the one place listening and taking notes. It’s the small changes you make in business that make the difference, the discipline to keep going, but now you know that you have a group of plumbers to support you on your journey of success. Who the hell am I you ask? Well, no need to toot my horn, but I would say that I have pretty much seen it all and through the years of being beaten up the only thing that has got me through this is a clear vision and plan plus accountability to a business coach to guide me along the way. Won a heap of awards locally plus an Australian small business award which was an honor. This is a form of coaching in a group environment. There is a small investment monthly plus your time which is worth more so ill respect that and give as much value as I can.
