This is a plumber only business challenge.

One thing I have learnt over the years is that we seem to do the same thing every single day week month and year.

We are all so busy and never take time to stop and work on the business, plus if we did have time sometimes it is hard to work out where to work and what we will get out of it.

So, I have basically down loaded lots of tips and tricks that I do with my business and boiled it down into weekly tasks. The weekly tasks will be informative with video explainers and some weeks will have downloads for you to do work on yourself.

Or it may be just explaining how to look for issues with reporting to you can come more fines tuned with your business.
